RESOURCES

What’s Available

Its okay to not be okay! It's perfectly fine if you have no idea what you need or want, especially when all you can think about is how much you're hurting. Let someone know how you're feeling. You might be surprised by the ways they offer to support you. Reach out, there are people all around you that can help. Below is a list of links in the Province that can point you in the right direction.
You are never alone.

CHANNAL

Run for and by people with
mental health and addictions issues.

CHANNAL (Consumers' Health Awareness Network Newfoundland And Labrador) is a registered charity and the only non-profit provincial organization created by and for individuals living with mental health and addictions issues. CHANNAL’s primary goal is to support and encourage recovery through self-determination and the realization of full participation in society for our members.
